PUNCTUALITY

We ask that you arrive on time to the appointment . Please be aware that if you arrive late, the reserved appointment time may be reduced in consideration of the next person, or cancelled by applying a penalty.

DEPOSIT

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask that you arrange for a deposit of €50 to avoid unpleasant last-minute cancellations in order to offer a full service to all our clients. The amount will be deducted at the time of payment on the day of treatment. Can only be refunded with cancellation within 48h in advance.

You may pay the deposit by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

CANCELLATIONS

We may ask you for your credit card details at the time of booking. Please note that for some services we may require a deposit to be paid to secure your reservation.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice or you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. For services that require three or more hours of reserved reservation,such as, for example, hair straightening and coloring/bleaching services , the required cancellation notice is 48 hours.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please notify us in advance of any health problems/allergies or the type of medications you are taking.

SALON STANDARDS

We kindly ask you to refrain from using your cell phone for phone calls during treatments.

AGE POLITICS

Some of our treatments are designed especially for adults. However, we offer treatments to people between the ages of 16 and 18 who have parental consent. Please note that permanent hair color, including eyebrow dye and eyelash dye, should not be applied to those under 16 years of age.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations made by Unity Blondie Bar ,for treatments , made through our website, by e-mail or by phone.Please read the policy carefully as it contains important information . If there is anything you would like to discuss regarding your reservation or terms and conditions, please feel free to contact us.

YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST

Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation from us, either verbally by phone, by text message, or by e-mail for online reservations;at that point a contract between the parties will come into effect. We may ask you for your credit or debit card details to confirm your reservation.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

If you wish to make a change to your reservation, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and send you a confirmation e-mail or SMS if the change is accepted.

We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your reservation, however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund and have no further liability to you in connection with the cancellation.

TAXES

Please note that all prices are from and include VAT. They may vary due to the length and thickness of the hair. Additional charges apply for hair with extensions. A surcharge of at least 50% applies for out-of-hours reservations. Private, exclusive use of a room is available upon request, subject to an additional charge.

THE MAKEOVER POLICY

We assist and guarantee our work at Unity Blondie Bar.If you are not satisfied with a hair service, we would like you to consult and communicate with us in person ,to find a solution together. Our management team can help provide other alternatives.Any customer complaints will be handled only if submitted within 7 days and reinstatement of treatment is made within two weeks of the first. For eyelash and nail service, we need to see you within 3 days after the service .

PERMANENCE

During your visit, we ask that you observe the following salon rules:

Noise: all clients are asked to respect other clients in the vicinity while performing their treatments.

No smoking: smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the hall at any time.

Inappropriate behavior: we kindly ask you to respect our other clients and refrain from any inappropriate, violent or offensive behavior and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay . We reserve the right to eject you from the premises and cancel your appointment in case of non-compliance

DAMAGE AND LOSS

We take great care to provide a safe environment in the salon. However, the risk of theft, damage or loss of our clients’ personal property cannot be eliminated entirely, and we strongly advise you against bringing valuables such as jewelry precious clothing. Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to guard any personal property of clients.

We will not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will use the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will remain in force: Each of the paragraphs in these terms operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that one of them is illegal, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later: if we do not immediately insist that you do something that you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking action against you in connection with your breach of this contract, this does not mean that you are not required to do these things and will not prevent us from taking action against you later. For example, if you do not make a payment and we do not chase you but continue to supply products, we may still require you to make payment at a later time.

Governing Law and Disputes: these terms are governed by Italian law and you may bring an action regarding these terms or your treatment with us in the Italian courts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: alternative dispute resolution is a process in which an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and tries to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled any complaint, you may want to contact the alternative dispute resolution enforcer we use. You can submit a complaint to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform here.

PREGNANCY

It is important to consult with your doctor before performing any type of treatment.In general, there are no contraindications for bleaching services during pregnancy because the product does not contact the skin.
